Refund policy

Returns
Please notify us by email hello@thecircleplanner.com, within 14 days of receipt of your order. After receiving approval, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for any postage costs and we recommend that you use a tracked service in case the package is lost or damaged during transit. In the event of a return if you have changed your mind, a £2.50 fee will be deducted from your refund (not applicable if the item is faulty). We are unable to process exchanges, so if an incorrect item is bought please return for a refund and then reorder. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
